stopping and starting dhcrelay

$ su -

# service dhcrelay start

# service dhcrelay status
dhcrelay (pid 17379) is running...

# service dhcrelay stop
Shutting down dhcrelay:                                    [  OK  ]

# service dhcrelay status
dhcrelay is stopped
