Backup soution to another server

I use the "Rubel Rsync" approach too, and I see that someone has turned 
it into a fancier package at http://www.rsnapshot.org.

This approach works very well - the differential rsync/ssh means that 
the bandwidth required is low, so rotated on-line off-site backups are 
quite practical.
