[FC2] VPN stuffs?

Install ipsec-tools.  It's on FC2 CDs, and there's an update for it 
already too.
There is help configuring IPsec in the form of an "IPsec" tab to the 
right of the "Devices" and "Hardware" tabs in system-config-network.

Also there is a problem stopping an ipsec interface and a manual 
work-around.  See
