This message is probably misleading. On my system it would start and
then fail, so I saw OK at boot and Failed at shutdown. The cause on my
system was that the 'dbus' user didn't exist. Re-installing the dbus rpm
created this user. I've no idea why it wasn't created on the initial
install (via kickstart).
