Only if you are having problems with Windows not booting.

It appears to be limited to older machines and may ultimately be a BIOS
issue.  I've seen a similar issue when I updated my BIOS one time....
All of a sudden, the HD was detecting larger than with the older BIOS
and my Windows installation would not boot.

My update was for a DTK motherboard that I was updating to support the
Intel Pentium Pro CPU upgrade.  The manufacturer made a custom BIOS for
me to support this.
