mono rpg installation and pkgconfig

Yep.

It's looking for an rpm which doesn't exist or something you've
installed, but installed it into /usr/local rather than /usr. The rpm
checks /usr/lib/pkgconfig but not /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig for a .pc
file

Personally, I'd forget about the rpms and just install from cvs. Much
easier to do
