burning FC3 cds from nero with "padding"

  from previous emails, i understand that, for the burned cds to pass
the mediacheck test, they have to be burned with padding?  what does
this equate to if you're burning on a windows system with nero?  i
don't see any option selection that seems to be appropriate. sorry if
this seems like a dumb question.  i'm neither a windows nor a nero
expert.  and i like it that way. :-)
