problem with vncserver on fc3

Doesn't rhgb use :1?  The initscripts try to start VNC while rhgb is
running, so if rhgb is using :1 the VNC server will fail.

Try booting without the rhgb in the kernel line.

Did you open a bugzilla ticket?
