ISDN giving only 64K not 128K

If I remember from 'back in the day'

in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts

you have ifcfg-isdn0, ifcfg-isdn1 and ifcfg-ppp0
 ifcfg-ppp0 is the bonded interface of the other two.

its not much help, but thats all i can remember.
