Or you can try to use the IP address. Under Windows run 
\\<ip-address-of-your-linux-host> or use the cmd an enter

net use x: (or other free (net)drive) \\<ip-address-of-your-linux-host>
You should be asked for username and password if needed. After that you 
have a new drive you can access with explorer or e.g.  x:
