upgrading FC2 -FC3

Hi list,
Trying to upgrade FC2 to FC3 I downloaded and burned the 4 cd's 
(FC3-i386-srpms-disc{1-4}.iso).
Tried to boot from cd (computer is set to boot first from cd, then from 
hd). It boots as is always does, from the hard disk with grub asking me 
to choose between FC2 en XP.
What do I do wrong? (I'm aware I might be asking a stupid question).
Should I have downloaded the other 4 iso's? Do I have to use these 
srpms-iso's differently?
The md5sum of all 4 downloads we ok. I used KIIIB to burn the cd's (as 
iso 9660 image).
