daytime service

hi,when installing FC3 i've chosed automatically adjusting time via 
internet.but everytime the system starts,the time is adjusted wrongly to 

a time 2 hours later.i've opened the "services" gui. found "daytime" and 
"daytime-udp" but those services are already unchecked and with the gui 
it is impossible to stop them because "stop" and "save" buttons are 
unselectable.how can i stop them or a better way how can i adjust the 
time correctly and make it default(i am in +2)
