I am sure some or more here on the list will like to hear (read)
following information by Joe Orton from Red Hat he posted on the

Please, don't take this opportunity to start again a flaming either
against Red Hat's decisions or MySQL itself! :)) Take it as it is - take
it as an information about the legal situation cleared, not more.
