/var versus /srv: will this ever be cleaned up?

well fc3 release notes clearly mention that they have been only added
for FHS compatibility and fedora doesnt actually use them yet.
whether they will do so eventually is a question that should be asked
in the devel list

I believe the /srv directly is defined as one storing site specific
data so the symlinks above should comply with until fedora gets around
to moving stuff over there by default if ever
