Win XP boot problem

Hi All,
I am yet not able to boot windows xp. I followed the
exact procedure as explained in the forum.
My partition table looks like this:
[root at localhost root]# fdisk -l
 
Disk /dev/hda: 60.0 GB, 60022480896 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 7297 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

I really need help. Please help..
