RPMS.at-good and RPMS.at-stable

Yes, less stable repos contain all of their more stable counterparts:

good contains stable
testing contains good and stable
bleeding contains testing, good and stable

So you only need one of them. It doesn't really hurt to have more
repos activated though (only takes more time for the updating).
