FC3: ISDN loading failure

I do not remember, not with the CAPI driver almost for sure.In the 
system-network-config, the card is shown as AVM PCI (Fritz!PCI)

No, not in Fc3, It was un upgrade from FC2, so it was configured in FC2, 
but automatically, I added only data for ppp connection (telephone 
number, user is password)
