You sound frustrated. I assure you that many "any1"s have indeed been helped
here.

Your problem stems from the misconception is that this is a "mail service".
It's not -- this is a mailing list frequented by many users and some
developers of Fedora. Many of these people are indeed "specialists of
Fedora", but no one is paid to do free tech support on this list. If your
question is asked in a way that makes it easy to answer, and someone knows
how to help you, they probably will.

If you're not getting an answer, it's because either no one who saw your
message knew the answer, or because your original post (which I couldn't
find when I looked in the archives) wasn't worded in a helpful way.
