Sendmail milter SPF (was: run levels (priority) and chkconfig --add)

This error message indicates a severe problem with the milter itself.
Does it use the Berkeley DB? If yes, is it compiled against the same
version as Sendmail?

I changed the topic as this discussion has nothing to do any more with
the initial one about init script execution order in the runlevels.
Maybe we should start a total new thread? Current SPF milter support
would certainly be an interesting topic, though there is still not IETF
decision regarding a standard (AFAIK).
