Mail setup to test Domain

I'm not sure what you're asking, exactly. If you have a domain name pointed
at a host, all you need to do is set up that host to run sendmail or postfix
so that it's open to the network, and you'll be able to receive e-mail for
any username on that system. (You can already send out e-mail.)
