Yum update failed - How to fix it?

edit your /etc/yum.conf and see what is your configuration: you maybe have
something like this:

[legacy]
name=Fedora Legacy utilities for Fedora Core $releasever
baseurl=http://mirrors.ircam.fr/pub/fedoralegacy/legacy/fedora/1/os/i386/
gpgcheck=1
^^^^^^^^^^^

Comment it and yum won't verify the gpg key. However, it is better to import gpg
keys from rpm sites, see there:

 http://fedorafaq.org/#gpgsig
