Actually, I think Z is not an American.

Those of us who live here (at least 46% and this figure varies) would
have no problem finding a lot of malady's to lay at the feet of our
president but I will readily admit that I know of no reason to blame him
for diarrhea. Given that one of his first official acts was to declare
the US's participation in the Kyoto Treaty dead, his complicity to the
wrath of natural disasters such as hurricanes is at the very least, a
matter of debate.

One thing for certain - he has failed his proclamation to be 'a uniter
and not a divider.' 

But we digress...
