Xcuse me that viewing Bandwdith usage.  As for automatic Bandwidth
Quotas available for Apache 2 (default apache in FC) not sure.  If its
really important to you to have this right away.  Downgrade apache to
1.3.x  And use bandmin or mod_throttle.
