Either these folks are running this stuff under the radar, or have paid a 
license or need to be enlightened. HTML can't be distributed as a "binary" as 
you know of a binary. Java code that has been compiled into .class files can be 
considered as binaries, so should jar, war and ear files, I think that those 
should be considered binary.
