Root mail with Kmail

Using a .forward is fine.  It is customary to map a long
list of pseudo users to root in /etc/aliases (some 55 or more).
As a result "root stuff" is commonly mapped in etc/aliases.

Watch .forward files for delivery loops....

Note that in Fedora redirecting mail will commonly use .procmailrc
instead of .forward when sendmail is configured in the standard way.
Simple .forward stuff works but .forward with a pipe to a filter
is a tangle.
