xinetd.d listening twice on port 69

Hi Mark -

Actually I meant copy the file in an email here.  Also run the

cd /etc/xinetd.d
grep tftp *

commands, which will show up any file in the directory containing "tftp"
whatever it is named.

Also, maybe worth emailing to the list the contents of you
/etc/xinetd.conf in case that has something exciting.
