Issue when installing onto SATA disk

I have a Dell 8400 with the Intel AHCI SATA controllers. FC3 won't work 
with the controller in AHCI mode. You can change the BIOS to use a 
non-AHCI setting or wait for FC4. FC4 does detect and use the system in 
AHCI mode.
