Samba - How to debug

You have different subnets? In your smb.conf I don't see that. So why
"domain master = yes" activated?

Often enough this is the situation Samba fighting against Windows® hosts
for being master browser. I suspect running Samba means that this host
is the one which runs longer or more often than the other clients. So
set

os level = 65

in smb.conf to give Samba better chances to win the election. Be aware
that it can take up to 12 minutes until a client get the current browse
list.
