Hello. As root, u need to edit /boot/grub/grub.conf and change the line 
that says  default=<value> to the number of the line where your windows 
is...

for you to know witch is, just count the lines that starts with title, 
and you'll know the number. as an example, where is a sample of a grub 
with many options (without windows). Remember, the count starts at 0 and 
NOT 1,
 but just for you to know:
this grub boots kernel 2.6.11-1.14_FC3

> default=0
> timeout=5
> splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz
> hiddenmenu
> title Fedora Core (2.6.11-1.14_FC3)
