Adding printer in FC4 - radical suggestion

Read the article "Why am I no longer able to control my printing
system?" at http://cups.org .  The article basically says that there
is a problem with cups-config-deamon and recommends that you turn off
the service.  (Note: Make sure that you do this for all run levels.)
