Package httpd.x86_64 0:2.0.54-10.1 set to be updated

Do you have something other than a directory at /etc/httpd/modules?

# ls -ld /etc/httpd/modules

If so, try renaming it and then try again.

# mv /etc/httpd/modules /etc/httpd/modules.old
# yum update httpd
