How to get ALPS touchpad working?

I have FC3 and FC4 laptop.  The drag-lock function is not working 
anymore after 2.6.10 kernel.

In /proc/bus/input/devices and start to see ALPS touch pad in 2.6.11 
kernel and FC4 kernel.

What do I need to do for ALPS touch pad to work?
