Hostname causes kernel-1376 build to fail

The SPEC file for kernel-2.6.12-1.1376_FC3 attempts to brand the kernel
with the hostname of the build system.  This causes the build to fail
if the hostname contains the '-' character because that character is
illegal within the RELEASE field of the rpm.
