Problems with video board

Hello people, I need some help. I living in Brazil and I am started use 
Linux, I need to install Fedora Core 1, and I find some trouble, for this, 
when I am installing go every thing ok, but when I startup the system, it 
occurs a erro referring the video board. I would like to know if exist any 
restriction for the configuration below. 

Intel Celeron 2.40 GHz 
240 MB 
Screen 15' Philips model 105S59 
MotherBoard: Asus P4VP-MX 
Video Board: S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR
