Adding dialup in fedoracore 4

I connect my serial modem which was recognized by default.
Then modified the /etc/wvdial.conf file to add the required parameters.
then issued the command wvdial <tagname> (as present in the wvdial.conf
file.

Had some issues initially but got resolved by adjusting the parameters.
Make a copy of the original wvdial.conf file for later reference.
