Color selector

ww> a few years ago I was using a simple X11 color selector to pick up
 colors ww> from color groups. I could get the name or the value..
 First I can't even ww> remember the name of this simple X program :-\,
 and I'd like to know if ww> there's another equivalent (Gnome, X11 or
 KDE) for FC3?

I use "kcolorchooser" which is shipped with one of the KDE packages (do 
not really know with which one though).

There is also a panel applet in KDE which can do the job
