I just decided to speed up my PC a bit with an SATA drive, and am having problems with reliably booting. The PC is an MSI K8 motherboard with a Maxtor 120GB SATA. Yes, the PC is a lot faster, but I get a kernel panic about 1/3 of the time when I boot. Any ideas? Thanks. stan
