FC3-i386-SRPMS-disc1.iso install

You can't install from the sources. Fedora doesn't work like gentoo. The 
SRPMS are there so that you can build your own, possibly tweaked, 
packages, but the SRPMS discs can't be used for installation. You'll 
need to get the binary ISOs for that.
