problem installing fc3 assertion at disk_doc.c:490

Hi,
I get this error while installing fc3 on my pent.4,865
mborad,2.8ghz,samsung hdd.

"assertion(sectors<=63) at disk.dos.c:490 in function
probe_partition_for_geom() failed"
and then
"assertion(heads>0) at disk.dos.c:485 in function
probe_partition_for_geom() failed"

I get the series of this errors.When i click ignore install fails.when
i say cancel it continues but repeatedly occurs after it and finally
system crashes when partitioning.
I had checked this CD before installing it was OK.
It had also an option of bug report to be sent to bugzilla but my
floppy got corrupted.
Plz help!
