error installing digikam on FC3

Thanks Alex, I checked back with gphoto2 and it worked perfectly in
the command line mode! Actually last time I tried to use gtkam and it
could not add the camera although it detected the camera correctly. I
still have this problem, it says 'could not initialize camera' when I
try to add the camera detected by gtkam. Any idea what's going on?
