Couldn't open /dev/sequencer

Hello,

I was tring to play a .mid for the first time since installing FC3. I 
use KDE, so I just browsed to the file with Konqueror, and double 
clicked. KMix open and gave this error:

Couldn't open /dev/sequencer.
Probably there is another program using it.

I also tried the following:

$ locate sequencer | grep dev
/usr/share/doc/alsa-lib-devel-1.0.6/doxygen/html/group___sequencer.html

What so I have to do to get FC3 to play midis?
