Postfix Virtual domain mapping working suddenly

hey,

see the logs in /var/log/maillog(tail -f /var/log/maillog)

you can also add mail.err -/var/log/mail/erros in /etc/syslog.conf.Try
to analyse the logs most of the problems u willable to solve 
yourself.Or you can post it over here.
