Openoffice Calc Autofill doesen´t work anymore

Versions of openoffice since 1.1.3 do not support the auto fill in
tables anymore. Tried a test downgrade to 1.1.2 and it works again.

ex: When I mark a formula and use the mouse to fill other rows a Dialog
"Fill Row" pops up. In 1.1.2 the formula is auto-filled to the other
rows. 

I have also noticed a change of tooltips with auto fill.
Marking a value and autofilling with the mouse in 1.1.2 gives a tooltip
with the expected value. 
In 1.1.3 the tooltip is fixed to the value "Insert". 

anybody knows anything about this?
Is this a new feature - a bug - can it be customized.
