display power management issue

hello
 I'm setting my monitor to be in stand by mode after 5
minutes of inactivity 
  since I've updated to latest kernels 2.6.10.7xx
got again my monitor put in stand by mode after each 5
min ( while i'm still workin on it ) 
 
is there a way to solve this ?
