Kudos to notzed for his wonderful contributions.  Now he needs a kick in 
the a** to adjust his crappy attitude.

Sorry to burst anyone's hacker-worshipping bubbles, but that's like 
saying the high school star quarterback should get a pass when he gives 
some band geek a swirlie.  If you act like a jerk-off, you're a jerk-off 
regardless of whether you also happen to make positive contributions to 
"the community."  If this guy is such a valuable asset, get him an 
"interpreter" and keep him away from customers.  Would you accept this 
type of treatment from the cashier at McDonald's?

Why do people seem to think talent = license to do whatever the hell you 
want?
