FC3 APT problem - vendor block fresh is invalid

When I try to do apt-get update I get an error:

   E: vendor block fresh is invalid

How can I fix this?

Also, what is a valid source for sources.list? I'm trying:

   rpm http://ayo.freshrpms.net fedora/linux/3/i386 core updates
freshrpms

Not sure if this is right.

Do I need to make a change to vendors.list?
