HP656C printing blank pages

Hi,
I am using Linux for the first time. I've installed
Core 3. The printer is HP656C deskjet, USB. The driver
is reported to be 'hpjis'. When I print, I simply get
a blank page. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? (The
printer is on a dualboot system, and does work on
WinXP)
