Configuring ndiswrapper

I had a similar problem with ndiswrapper and -1.724.

ndiswrapper-0.12 worked well with 2.6.10-1.727_FC3.  -1.724 left out a
few things needed to build ndiswrapper.  If you look closely at your
build output you'll probably find a warning about "nice".
