MySQL - Access denied for user

I have somehow locked myself out of all my MySQL databases, and I get this
error message if I try to access it via webmin;-
DBI connect failed : Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database
'mysql'

I've looked on the MySQL site but couldn't find any solution to it. How can
I regain access to it please? Can anyone help me please?
