DNSBLs reverse the order of the octets in IP addresses as this makes
them easier to maintain. You also need to append the DNSBL domain name,
so the query should probably have been:
$ host 0.243.0.193.rbllocal.tqmcube.com localhost
A useful tool for doing DNSBL lookups is called "rblcheck". I have an
RPM for it at http://www.city-fan.org/ftp/contrib/mail/
$ rblcheck -t 207.50.224.252
